His Excellency Mr. Francisco Tilman Cepeda, designated Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union arrived Brussels on the 18th of April 2016.
Further to officially taking office, the Ambassador will have to present Credential Letters to His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium, H.E. Dr. Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission and H.E. Dr. Donald Tusk, President of the European Council.
We expect that these ceremonies will take place during the months of May and June 2016.
