Welcome to the portal of the Embassy of Timor-Leste in Brussels and Permanent Mission to the European Union also accredited to Luxembourg, Germany, Czechia, France and Poland.
Our mission is to unite ties, foster dialogue and represent Timor-Leste’s interests within the European Union, as well as strengthening bilateral relations with our European partners. This is an honorable task, and I am deeply committed to playing my role in promoting my country, its culture and potential as well as strengthening cooperation between Timor-Leste and the European Union.
The European Union has been a very important partner for Timor-Leste, and we believe there is a lot of potential to further expand this cooperation. Together, we can work towards sustainable development, strengthening economic, cultural and scientific relations, and promoting the values we share.
Our embassy is here to serve the Timorese community in Belgium, the European Union and neighboring countries. We want to be a bridge, providing support and assistance when needed.
